The Hampton Social, 353 West Hubbard Street, already has the perfect atmosphere to enjoy food and festivities on a sunny day. For those that want to cool off in a darker setting at night, a VIP lounge attached to this River North building cleverly titled The Bassment awaits revelers below.

Enter through a secret door and descend the steps to immerse yourself in a one-of-a-kind experience. Pull back the curtain to see a massive room sectioned off by classic furniture made for a king, queen or anyone in between!

Perfect for private parties or an intimate music showcase, The Bassment pumps up the volume of fun and celebrations. Dress for success with business casual attire suggested and don't forget to bring that identification along with you as no one under 21 is permitted on the property.

Look for specialty cocktails inspired by gay icons such as Bowie concocted with Remy Martin 1738 cognac or the Dua Lipa that will have a person “Levitating” after a sip or two thanks to Casamigos reposado tequila.

The Bassment Series' current schedule is now displayed online featuring Chicago's top bands playing on select days in the bottom of the Hampton. Music is this Nunn's religion too and I will pray that you have a good time during your visit.
