Tens across the board for Cooper's Hawk

Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant has debuted a new happy hour called The Perfect Ten currently running Monday through Friday from 3 p.m.- 6 p.m.at Esquire by Cooper's Hawk, 58 East Oak Street in Chicago. 

This iconic venue contains unique spaces for a dining experience that is simply out of this world. Fly above Oak Street with a bird's eye view of the surroundings across a stunning enclosed outdoor patio. Glass partitions and heat lamps will keep diners safe and warm accommodating the Windy City's sometimes unpredictable weather. The designated happy hour is walk-in only so no reservation ahead of time is needed. 

Start off with the Bites menu offering items all for the low price of $10. The truffle arancini each have a burst of flavor with a crispy exterior. The Gold Coast oysters Rockefeller have an extraordinary taste and try the double-fried chicken wings that are rubbed with just the right amount of spice. 

Scoop up the white bean hummus with endives and the prime rib sliders will hit the spot thanks to thinly sliced prime rib instead typical hamburger meat.  

These appetizers can all be paired with wines on the menu placed below each food item or ask for the exclusive bottle of wine the sommelier opened that day at market price. Specialty cocktails range from the Oak Street Sour made with Cooper's Hawk Old Vine Zin to the Ultimate Gin Martini mixed with Cooper's Hawk white grape Gewurztraminer. 

The founder of Cooper's Hawk Tim McEnery once again has something to be proud of in this thriving organization. The Perfect Ten makes a nice pairing with the celebrity chef series to draw in guests to see what the hype is all about.
