Sfera Sicilian Street Food hosted a summer soiree at a nearby backyard, close their home base at Elston Plaza. Daniela Vitale and Steven Jarczyk are currently making delicious food together at the ghost kitchen at Avondale's, 3517 N. Spaulding in Chicago, Wednesday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The passion and history behind the Italian has quickly paid off for the duo. Vitale's recipes from the Sicily and Jarcyk's European flavors have combined to make comfort cuisine that will feed your soul.

Start off with a porcini with vegetarian risotto and mushroom ragu, then grab a ragusana stuffed with garlic ricotta cheese and fresh basil.

The poletti is a standout with three meatballs, mozzarella cheese and Italian seasonings that will make you want to kiss the cook!

For $22.00 go for the most popular items in one order of scaccia and arancini.

Sfera presents bold, hearty menu items that will carry over into those upcoming cold winter months, well after the summer is over.

Head over to 3517 N Spaulding Avenue for some takeout or order in with fast delivery options, such as Ubereats, DoorDash or Postmates.

Visit SferaChicago.com or call 847-957-3045 for more information including catering for special events, such as another outdoor party. Try the Sicilian night for two combo of chosen dishes such as the aranchini and scaccia paired with cannoli and cocktail options. It's a way to say, "That's amore" to that special someone!
