A new high-rise space, at 29 S. Lasalle Street in Chicago, is quickly being rented out thanks to amazing modern amenities on the property and a red hot real estate market. Millennium on Lasalle is a gorgeous space right in the heart of the Downtown area. There are studios, one and two bedroom suites currently available with a variety of different layouts, but they are going fast.

The property has already rented out over one hundred of the 214 units in approximatley four weeks with six to eighth month leases. It is easy to see why as the developers have created an environment that allows tenants to enjoy environments outside of their actual home, while still on the property.

There is a fully stocked party room, movie theater, pool, bike room, gym and even a dog wash room. Things have been carefully considered and planned throughout the building while keeping in mind what renters require today.

Socializing with neighbors and exploring around the historic building is encouraged. Outdoor bocce ball and grilling with plenty of space is up on the open air rooftop deck with a gorgeous view of the surrounding city. Down below, look for a poker room, billiards, video games and a fully stocked kitchen that's perfect to entertain company.

Millennium on Lasalle is truly the place to impress the people around you and if you still have last minute needs just refer to the 24 hour concierge service on hand to help residents out around the clock.

Asset Manager Ross Fried has big plans for the future in the space, such as having regular DJs spin the tunes to create a party atmosphere, wine parties to relax after a hard days work and guest chefs to demonstrate their cooking skills for tenants. Fried referred to it as the "Millennium mindset" and we can see why.

A special party was held on May 22 to welcome the LGBTQIA+ community to the venue titled Kiki on Lasalle. Guests of the party were given gift bags at the entrance and followed a self guided tour of the property that day. The stunning artist Joan Jullian performed the ballad "Never Enough" by Loren Allred for the spectators while they enjoyed appetizers and champagne drinks.

Several raffles were held throughout the four hours with wine, electronics and Echo speakers as part of the prize pack winnings. Navi Collection presented custom underwear and t-shirts to guests, along with eye candy thanks to a handsome model.

With units going so fast, be sure and book a tour today at MillenniumonLasalle.com or by calling 312-985-0655.

Stay tuned for more fun gatherings and events in the future throughout the summer.
