Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants opened its first location in Illinois in 2005. The full-service restaurant combined a high end retail store with exquisite cuisine to create a place where guests could explore the world of wine in a relaxed atmosphere.

Over 40 locations eventually opened up to expand the brand that quickly earned a powerful reputation. The process of making the wine product on premises has paid off for the company that continues to grow to this day.

Founder and owner Tim McEnery certainly knows how to celebrate and he did just that by presenting a special anniversary wine supersized as a magnum in October. The blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot hit all the right notes with a robust feel overall that should have the loyal patrons ordering it to pair with the fine food offered at the Hawk.

On Oct. 5, McEnery brought his vast following and friends together to toast to the success of his endeavor. Collaborators and longtime allies raised their glasses to celebrate that night.

Honestly, this company never fails in terms of quality and service. It is a struggle for many these days, but wine sales are currently on the rise and Cooper's Hawk is the place to find the supplies.

The wine club is a steal at $19.99 per month or if someone is really thirsty, the two bottle option is $37.99. This treat makes a great gift to anyone and just in time for the holidays. Perks such as birthday rewards and special discounts are all part of the adventure in the Cooper's community.

Join the club at CHWinery.com and it's month to month, so no pressure to continue in case your wine cabinet overflows with product. Wine it up at Cooper's Hawk today!
