The Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo or C2E2 flew into McCormick Place March 22 through 24. The fans packed the place more than ever before with most entrance badges being sold out.

Costumes are always a big part of the experience with a 2019 C2E2 Crown Championship of Cosplay winner Regan Cerato presented with the prize this year.

There were special screenings from emerging filmmakers and promotions with upcoming movies such as The Missing Link.

There were a variety of guests from the entertainment world with Paul Rudd and several cast members from Clueless making national headlines for their rare appearance together.

Photo and autograph opportunites were offered for a chance to meet them up close and personal.

Several panels were held throughout the weekend where the artists could discuss their works in front of massive crowds.

The DC Universe is quickly catching up with Marvel's past appearances with a large booth full of talent, photo opps and takeaways such as buttons and free comics.

The vibe was light and fun overall with plenty to see over the weekend and numbers that grow every year. If you are not overwhelmed the experience can be unforgettable.

Start making plans for 2020 at C2E2.com and save the dates Feb. 28 through March 1. The expo continues to be a super good time so don't miss out!
