May is National Burger Month so it was time to head out for hamburgers. The first stop was Davanti Enoteca. Although there are several locations, the River North restaurant at 30 East Hubbard was nearby.
Their burger has a bacon jam, arugula, and roasted garlic aioli, but what really made it stand out was the melted cheese curd on top. It has a unique tasted that sets it apart from typical burgers.
