On Dec. 14 103.5 Kiss FM's iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2016 landed on the Allstate Arena. This annual event brings in big names along with exciting up and coming acts. Past interviews I have done on the red carpet have included Enrique Iglesias, Meghan Trainor, Fifth Harmong, and Shawn Mendes, among many others.

Things kicked off with singer Tove Lo. We chatted about LA Pride, new music from the album Lady Wood, and her most recent girl crush, Jennifer Lawrence.

One Direction's Niall Horan popped in before performing his hit "This Town" on the rotating stage.

The group/singer Lukas Graham explained the name while talking about new music and described Danish holidays.

Electronic popstar Ellie Goulding posed for photos and was as friendly as ever.

Hailee Steinfeld followed her down the red carpet. She has done interviews in the past and is just lovely. She is on a huge roll with the "Starving" track played everywhere and a Golden GLobe nomination for the movie Edge of Seventeen.

The Backstreet Boys were lively. When asked about their gay member like NSYNC and New Kids, they stated, "Not yet, but we have lots of gay friends!"

They head for a residency in Vegas at Axis and said they are not stealing Sin City from Britney just sharing it.

Singer Daya has had a phenomenal year with songs like "Sit Still, Look Pretty" and "Hide Away." We talked about all the Pride festivals she's played this year.

Ariana Grande closed the show onstage with talented dancers and moody lights to the tune of "Side to Side."
