Fun Is Universal

After trying many theme parks over the years, Universal Studios Hollywood is certainly a step in the right direction thanks to a little wizard. The Universal Studios in Orlando has the superheroes, which I love but this one sports some good cartoons also.

Hollywood opened their version 52 years ago with much updating of course over time. Rides in the past included Star Trek and E.T. Now we have Transformers and Despicable Me among others.

Shrek has one of the most entertaining meet and greets with the characters and a fun 4-D show inside.

With a jump the line pass every ride can be taken in one day if you run!

Take a break at the Krusty Burger and drink so Duff beer. It is pricey but all part of the experience.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter opened this year and is worth the journey to experience. The thrill ride Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey feels like you are flying on a broomstick. It is inside a replica of Hogwarts Castle where fans are immersed in that world.

The lockers by there are chaotic but hopefully there is some solution to that.

If a wand is purchased then interactive action is to be found outside at stations where objects can be moved with it.

The roller coaster Flight of the Hippogriff wasn't as fun but a nice way to catch the sun after being indoors.

There is a studio tour that goes on a tram taking visitors to a spot where many shows and movies take place.

With the lot divided to upper and lower it is better to plan things out in one area because the escalator can be a lesson in patience with all of the tourists.

The Jurassic Park ride is a nice way to cool off and be entertained by the dinosaurs.

The latest scary attraction that just opened in The Walking Dead. For fans of the AMC show this looks to be a once in a lifetime experience.
