Take time for yourself today, to uplift your mental health. This week we focus on #outlook, in strengthening our mental health. I have found this to be the biggest challenge for most of us. It's a choice really.

Make a game of asking yourself what positives you can find in the midst of the negative things around you can be a great muscle to strengthen. In most cases, there are nuggets to find.
