2012 Human First Gala
Saturday, May 12, 2012 - The Center on Halsted's 2012 Human First Gala hosted by Andy Cohen from Bravo with k.d. lang and The Siss Boom Bang, who headlined the incredible evening at the Harris Theatre. The 2012 Human First Awards honored the leadership of Amina Dickerson, Laura Ricketts, Greg Cameron and Richard and Susan Kiphart for their contributions to our shared community. The Community Spirit Awards went to Chicago Cubs Charities, The Chicago Community Trust and Kraft Foods. This year the Center, located on the corner of Halsted and Waveland, is celebrating its first five years since opening its doors in Chicago's Boystown neighborhood.
