Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame 2020 Inductees

Tuesday, August 4, 2020 - Due to the Covid-19 crisis, this year's Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be virtual and webcast on October 13, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in recognition of National LGBT History Month.

The Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame was founded in 1991 to honor people and entities, nominated by the community, who have made significant contributions to the quality of life or well-being of the LGBT community in Chicago. It is the first city-sponsored hall of fame dedicated to LGBT people, organizations and community in the United States.

The Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame inductees for 2020 were selected from a slate of candidates submitted by Chicago's LGBT community and was reviewed by a selection committee comprised of individual inductees to the Chicago LGBT Hall of Fame.
