Friday, June 3, 2011 - Nearly 50 couples celebrated the enactment of civil unions in Illinois and the beginning of Pride Month in Chicago as The Civil Rights Agenda hosted Unite with Pride: A Community Celebration at an historic outdoor community civil ceremony on the picturesque “Uihlein Plaza” at the Chicago History Museum.
