Thursday, December 2, 2010 - The AIDS Foundation of Chicago hosted their Annual World of Chocolate Gala, a Chicago holiday tradition. Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn was a special guest and he made a statement about the passage of the landmark civil unions bill this week.
