Shangela kicks off AT&T's Turn Up the Love Tour

Saturday, March 25, 2023 - AT&T Turn Up the Love Tour kicked off this year on March 25 with a special performance by Shangela at the flagship Chicago AT&T store on Michigan Ave. Turn Up the Love continues to advance its mission to amplify LGBTQ+ voices and harness the power of musicians and artists as universal truth-tellers to create awareness of the importance of love and acceptance. For this performance, AT&T collaborated with Shangela to add a bonus stop to her 2023 “Fully Lit Tour,” produced by Live Nation.

Shangela currently stars as a co-host of the Emmy and GLAAD Media Awards-winning HBO series "We’re Here." She recently made history as a finalist on the hit Disney+ series “Dancing with the Stars,” becoming the first drag queen ever cast on the U.S. version of the show and the first male performer to be partnered with a male professional dancer.
