Randy Rainbow, the witty wonder of satirical video fame, will be the host on the Miller Lite Mainstage at PrideFest Milwaukee, which is celebrating 30 years when the event runs June 9-11.

His videos have appeared regularly on popular blogs Towleroad, Queerty, Perez Hilton and VH1’s Best Week Ever.  Even CNN host Jake Tapper acknowledged that he enjoyed a recent political-driven video, albeit just in a private message directly to Rainbow, not on-air to the world.

Rainbow shared his All-Time 5 Favorite Videos with GoPride.com, though we talked before he released Donald Trump’s MANGO TOUR!, which certainly brought a smile to this Evita-loving fan.

BRAGGADOCIOUS!

Rainbow often performs Braggadocious! Live, yet the first time wasn’t too memorable.

He forgot the lyrics.

Yep, Rainbow was in New York, performing in front of a packed house, “and I screwed up the lyrics terribly,” he admitted, laughing.

So he just started again from the beginning. “I did it again until I got it right,” he added. “Luckily the audience was happy to go along with it.”

Since that first performance, “every appearance since then I’ve gotten the lyrics right,” he joked.

MICROWAVES (Are Watching You!)

Rainbow has been opening his recent shows with MICROWAVES (Are Watching You!), and this is the video that drew a response, via private message on Twitter, from CNN’s Tapper.

UNPOPULAR!

“I love Wicked, and just figured the 100-day mark for (President) Trump would be a nice occasion to bring that (video) out, and it was very well received,” Rainbow said.

Even Wicked composer Stephenen Schwartz acknowledged that video, “which was thrilling for me,” Rainbow said.

Randy Rainbow is Dating Mel Gibson

This was the first video from Rainbow that went viral.

“Before Donald, there was Mel. He gave me so much material for about a year,” Rainbow said. “I have a fond place in my heart for Mel Gibson. In fact, I have a picture of him, in a frame that I used in the video, which now sits on my shelf in my apartment … which is strange for visitors to see.”

Patti LuPone (BWW TV: CHEWING THE SCENERY WITH RANDY RAINBOW Episode 3!)

“It has a cult following and, to this day, is still one of the most fun videos series that I’ve ever done,” he said.
