The song is the first to be taken from her new studio album ‘MDNA,' which is set for release on March 26. ‘MDNA' is the follow-up to her 2008 album ‘Hard Candy' and Madonna's 12th studio album.

The 53-year-old Madonna will perform ‘Give Me All Your Luvin' during the halftime show at the Super Bowl this Sunday, Feb. 5 in Indianapolis. She will be joined by M.I.A and Nicki Minaj.

Madonna's dancers have reportedly been overheard saying she is "bringing the gay to the Superbowl."

Super Bowl XLVI will feature the New England Patriots (15-3) and the New York Giants (12-7). Both teams represent states where gay marriage is legal.

"Give Me All Your Luvin" premiered this morning on Clear Channel stations nationwide, including 103.5 KISS-FM in Chicago, as well as on demand at iHeartRadio.com.
