Steamworks Chicago is set to reopen Thursday, June 17, according to a statement on Facebook.
The announcement comes as Chicago entered Phase 5 of reopening on Friday, June 11.
Steamworks will operate with limited hours: Thursday 8 a.m. – Tuesday 8 a.m.
Proof of vaccination and ID are required for entry.
Steamworks, just as other bars and restaurants in Chicago, shuttered in mid-March 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. It has remained closed ever since.
In January, Steamworks launched an online fundraiser to continue covering the health insurance of its employees nationwide and in Chicago.
Steamworks has five locations in Chicago, Toronto, Berkeley, Seattle and Vancouver.
