The new cast for season seven of ABC's hit Dancing With the Stars was announced Monday on Good Morning America. The new season will include former ‘N Sync member Lance Bass who will be paired with Lacey Schwimmer.
Internet blogs and gossip columns had speculated for months that Bass would be paired with a male dancer, marking the first same-sex pairing to be featured on the show.
In addition to the boy band favorite, the season seven cast will include Olympic gold medalist Misty May-Treanor with pro dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Legendary singer Toni Braxton will take to the dance floor with dancer Alec Mazo. Soap opera diva, Susan Lucci, will partner with Tony Dovolani. In total thirteen celebrities will be vying to claim the top prize on Dancing With the Stars in the new season this Fall.
Season seven of Dancing With the Stars premieres at 7 p.m. (CT), September 22 on ABC. The full list of pairings for the show is listed below.
