A majority of Pennsylvania voters agree with Governor Tom Corbett's decision not to appeal a federal judge's ruling striking down the state's ban on gay marriage.
Corbett's decision made Pennsylvania the 19th state, in addition to the District of Columbia, to allow gay couples to marry.
According to a Public Policy Polling survey of 835 Pennsylvania voters released Tuesday, 56 percent of respondents said they agree with Corbett's decision, while 33 percent said they disagree.
Seventy-seven percent of respondents say marriage equality is either having a positive impact on their lives or none at all. Only 23 percent say it's having a negative impact on their lives.

A PPP poll conducted in November of 2011 found only 36 percent support for marriage equality in the state.
