Gay drama Burning Blue opens in select theaters and video on demand on June 6.
The film, which is based on DMW Greer's 1992 off-Broadway play of the same name, recounts the story of two Navy pilots who fall in love during the "Don't Ask, Don't Era" era.
On Tuesday, Lionsgate released a new clip from the film.
Burning Blue, which premiered last year at San Francisco's Frameline Film Festival, stars Trent Ford (Gosford Park), Rob Mayes (The Client List), Morgan Spector (Broadway Empire) and Tammy Blanchard (Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows).
Bloggers have already dubbed the film "Brokeback Mountain meets Top Gun."
Editor's Note: In 2013, the 31st annual Chicago LGBT International Film Festival, also known as Reeling, screened Burning Blue.
