In the U.K., "Andrew Stone" is practically a household name. Aside from being an extremely talent in the theatre, music, dance, production and DJ-realmed success, Stone has cemented his celebrity with his prominent, albeit controversial, television series'. Stone first shot to television stardom with the overwhelmingly popular and award winning Pineapple Dance Studios, and later with his appearances on Celebrity Big Brother.
Classically trained at the renowned Central School of Ballet under dance legend Christopher Gable, Stone has starred in "Carousel," "Grease," "Hot Mikado," "Sweet Charity" and "Damn Yankees"--all hit musicals showcased 0n London's West End. His musical career is equally impressive; he has shared the stage with the likes of Kylie Minogue, Britney Spears, Tina Turner and Ricky Martin. In 2010, Stone and his band Starman performed at some of the UK's biggest TV and festival events including: T4 on the beach (40,000), Party in the Park Leeds (70,000), Freedom Festival, (150,000), Cardiff's Big Weekend (4,000) and Manchester Gay Pride.
With a forthcoming single titled "SURRENDER," a corresponding video on its way, and sights set on the U.S., Stone is currently planning spring 2012 appearances in New York, wiht hopes of a Yank reception akin to English fanfare.
