Kurt and Blaine usher in the holiday with song and dance

Gleeks were delighted to partake in holiday cheer Tuesday night during the shows indulgent ‘Extraordinary Merry Christmas' episode, which was named for the ‘Glee' original song of the same name.

The show was directed by Matthew Morrison, who plays Mr. Schuester. It was Morrison's first time directing and he delivered a heaping helping of holiday spirit.

Many gay fans are still talking about Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine's (Darren Criss) tribute to Judy Garland's variety show from 1963. In the black and white video, the couple belted out "Let it Snow" from their ‘bachelor' pad where they live as ‘roommates.'

"Lea Michele and Darren Criss were obviously born in the wrong era," wrote Perez Hilton.

"Glee" returns Jan. 17 on Fox.
