Amy Winehouse is dead at 27

London - Singer Amy Winehouse has been found dead in her London home, reports CNN. She was 27.

The Grammy-award winner, who recorded the 2007 hit song "Rehab," had publicly battled substance abuse and mental health issues for years.



In May, Winehouse had checked into a treatment facility.

Circumstance surrounding her death are not immediately known.
