ABC News and CNN have confirmed that Elizabeth Taylor died this morning of congestive heart failure. She was 79.
Taylor entered Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles two months ago for treatment of symptoms of congestive heart failure.
"We will always be inspired by her enduring contribution to our world," Taylor's son Michael Wilding said in a released statement this morning.
