Located at 2200 North Ashland in Chicago, Boom Boom Room at Green Dolphin Street unveils one of the city's hidden treasures. With more than 4,000 square feet of dance space, multiple bars and music environments, late night dining, state-of-the-art sound and lighting, a heated and air-conditioned tent with a massive retractable ceiling and garden walk leading to a private dock on the Chicago river, Green Dolphin Street is guaranteed to restore this Monday night party to its legendary status!
Since 1992, the Boom Boom Room Monday night party has been a staple in Chicago nightlife gathering people from all ethnic and social backgrounds and each city point for a weekly ritual of dance and pageantry. Over the past 12 years, Boom Boom Room has inspired even the most savvy of club-goers, revealing the relationship Chicago has with House music and the people who love it most.
Recruited to produce and program the latest generation of the Boom Boom Room are the taste-making talents of Arman Razavi and Joey Swanson. Together and apart, Razavi and Swanson have been at the epicenter of Chicago nightlife for more than 15 years. As the owner of Mad Bar and the city's premier House record label and promotions company, Music 101, Razavi has presented the foremost in global DJ's and musicians in a legion of intimate and extravagant settings throughout the city. Along with Swanson, former XM Radio Dance music programmer, Red Dog music director and current host and producer of Q101's electronic music show Sonic Boom, the pair intends on taking this nightlife institution to an entirely new level!

Monday nights at Boom Boom Green Dolphin Street will feature a full cast of familiar faces. From bartenders to hosts to DJs, each member of the Boom Boom family is a handpicked personality within Chicago's nightlife community.

Bringing his lush Latin grooves back to Boom Boom will be the long-time resident, radio mix jock and extremely talented record producer Lego. Lego's name has been synonymous with this night for over a decade and he will continue to implement the soundtrack of Monday nights. Lego will be accompanied by the driving, funky sounds of Michael Sarifini of Gramaphone Records and Cocktail nightclub. This dynamic duo will truly be a hot combination.
Green Room
Nightclub veteran John Curley, will administer the sound of the Green Room. John can be heard weekly at Soundbar and various Pure events throughout the city. His signature style of music will bring a fresh new twist to this Monday night favorite. John will be paired with JustJoey of Q101's Sonic Boom and Always, the Saturday night soiree at Spy Bar.
The Hosts:
JoJo - Baby: A local performance artist who has been featured on TV shows like "Jenny Jones" and feature length films such as "Party Monster" about the life of Michael Alig (starring Macaulay Culkin, Seth Green, Marilyn Manson and Lucy Liu.) JoJo has been with Boom Boom Room since the beginning and the night would not be complete without him. Joining JoJo will be Silky Jumbo and full cast of late night entertainers.
