Moments ago the US House of Representatives voted to repeal "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" with a vote of 250-175. The vote was not strictly along party lines, with 15 Democrats voting against the measure and 15 Republicans voting in favor.
The bill now moves on to the Senate where a vote and passage are uncertain.
