Spears Cancels Clairol Commercial Shoot; Spears And ‘N Sync To Make Donation To SAG Founda

Champaign, IL - Britney Spears and the members of ‘N Sync today have endorsed the SAG/AFTRA commercials strike.

Spears has cancelled a lucrative commercial shoot with Clairol and both artists have announced that they will withhold performances from commercial producers until the strike is resolved.

To further show their commitment to the striking members being impacted by this three month old work stoppage, Spears and ‘N Sync will make a donation to the SAG Foundation---earmarked for membership financial assistance---from upcoming concert proceeds. Spears will donate $1 for each ticket sold to her Los Angeles concert on July 30 and ‘N Sync will donate $1 for each ticket sold to their New York City concert on July 29.
