I'm a handyman since 1999. I haven't dated since I was 20. I was in a deep depression for a few years and got myself out of it. I've been caring for my elderly parents for about 5 years now and that doesn't pay very well. My current bills are approx $130 a month, I don't go anywhere unless I'm fortunate to be able to work. Starting in october I will need to find a place to live, Ive had my eye on an 11 unit apartment building in the neighboring city, just need to find $800,000, I figure it'd be paid back in 16 years as long as 4-5 of the units are rented. Anyone interested in helpin a staight actin gay guy out? :)
