The Hampton Social's motto is "Rosé all day," but all night should be added to the expression because the party doesn't seem to stop until the wee hours of the next morning with The Bassment right directly below the establishment. The festivities begin with a bang [Bang Bang Shrimp that is] at 353 W. Beach-themed cocktails are the best way to begin your journey at the breezy open-air dining room of The Hampton Social. The Getaway is an appropriately named tequila-based drink that adds lemongrass and citrus to the concoction and is garnished with a unique feather. Take a trip to Summer in the East End, a cocktail that combines Aperol spritz with cucumber and strawberry, or sip on an Ocean Eyes beverage that is a mixture of Sneaky Fox Vodka, coconut and lavender. There's nothing like sniffing the floral scent of lavender that's scientifically proven to end feelings of everyday anxiety.
For appetizers try some family-style starters such as the hand-breaded Bang Bang Chicken or the Colossal Crab Cake bathed in Green Goddess salad dressing. A new must-try entree is the savory balsamic glazed skirt steak that is served on top of asparagus and elote-inspired street corn.
