Armand's Pizzeria Victory Tap has been serving up pizza and Italian cuisine since 1956. Located at 1416 S. Michigan Ave., this is the sister to the classic Armand's Pizzerie and has Chef Joe Farina cooking up some delicious food.

If there is one thing that must be tried when dining here, it's Joe's Mama's Meatballs. The combination of beef anf veal with whipped ricotta and a hearty marinara sauce are simply unforgettable.

The appetizer Grigliato Misto was so filling that I didn't have room for an entree! It was a large plate of grilled shrimp baby octopus, and calamari.

I was forced to skip to dessert and have the tiramisu, but I am glad I did. This coffee flavoured housemade delicacy was a great way to finish off the overall experience. Antonio thankfully provided exceptional service and made me want to return for more.

Now that summer is creeping into Chicago make sure and head to the Lincoln Park Zoo. The Patio at Cafe Brauer has the perfect view and makes a good place to unwind after work.

Located at 2021 N. Stockton Dr., this spot overlooks the Nature Boardwalk with some shade to cool off.

The menu includes calamari and a yummy crispy chicken sandwich.

Sip on a thyme and elderflower gimlet combining North Shore Vodka with St. Germain and feel like you are on vacation.

Music on the patio is on the way with free admission to enhance your experience in this landmark setting.
