The full service Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chao is starting a new endeavor now offering brunch.

Judging from attendance on a recent Sunday, they are off and running. The place quickly filled up and the meat was flying!

The market table was only slightly changed but the new items were excellent. Diners can dive in as much they want to things like the Pao de Queijo egg bake made with gluten free cheese bread. Right next to it was the braised rib hash with potatoes and peppers mixed in.

The bolo de Fuba is a traditional dish of cornmeal and whipped banana creme. It was truly interesting and different for a typical brunch buffet.

Gauchos swarmed the room with hardly a break and were very attentive even if the card was not flipped to red to signal no more shaving.

The was even a meat cart that strolled around mixing pork with a special sauce.

Fresh off the skewer the temperature ran hot so give things a second to cool down before biting into the beef.

The drinks washed everything down. The bloody mary was a little too spicy but good to sip on, while the pineapple shots served tableside were the perfect touch. The passion fruit mimosas are a must try also.

Many diners may not save room for dessert, but the white and dark chocolate mousse was a nice way to finish things.

For service it doesn't get much better than this so relax on a Sunday and enjoy! Visit fogodechao.com for more details.
