One South Dearborn Street got a little more livelier this past weekend by adding a three piece jazz band to its weekend lineup. It has always been enjoyable to relax, listen to some Broadway and easy classics while dining to some of the best food in the city but with a a four course pre-fix meal dining decisions are made easier.

You may think stuffy and proper when you think old school Rosebud but most people were dressed casual and the feeling was very relaxed. The place was run like a well oiled machine that didn't stop moving by every staff member from the bartender to the person pouring the water, that never was empty by the way.

The kitchen is even brought out at a small cooking station for onlookers to view how the cuisine is sauteed.
Things to try besides the award winning prime rib are things like a stuffed lobster tail or shrimp bisque.
For over 35 years this restaurant has been a staple in the downtown area with class and tradition that is not easily forgotten.
