Often forgotten by the brunch bunch who flock to the Melrose and Nookies Tree, this cozy spot is friendlier and usually less crowded than those more popular neighborhood eateries. The food is better, too, with tried-and-true chicken entrees, burgers and eggs. Such Greek specialties as "flaming cheese" are also worth writing home about.
