STK Steakhouse is warming up for a sizzling summer this June. This modern steakhouse from The ONE Group has proven itself since its opening in 2015. The first STK popped up in New York City and the chain grew into over 20 locations in the following years, several are international. The River North hot spot at 9 West Kinzie Street does things differently and it has paid off.
Guests immersed themselves in another world after entering the premises. Live DJs and moody lighting help with this making this venue instantly Instagrammable. The party continues with stellar service and delicious treats from the team involved within STK.
The place known for steaks, wine and seafood hosted a Summer Solstice event that went full tilt towards the sun on June 20, 2024. Held in a private event space full of swag and celebration this company put its money where its mouth is. There were action stations in the side room full of tasty samples for all who attended.
A favorite menu item from the night was the delicious Lil' Brgs, a mini burger containing wagyu beef, tomato, lettuce and special sauce sandwiched in between a sesame seed bun.
Other appetizer standouts included tuna tartare on taro chips and fresh tangy oysters.
With a wide range of steaks and seafood to dive into diners can explore a solid menu of choices.
There are new brunch cocktails served up on Saturdays and Sundays until 3 p.m. The current selections of concoctions will satisfy anyone's thirst thanks to notable offerings such as the Cucumber Stiletto with Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka and the cleverly titled Not Your Daddy's Old Fashioned made from Woodford Reserve Bourbon
Whether one is out on a date or making it a night on the town with friends, STK creates the perfect atmosphere for any occasion. There's even a pre-theater menu for those on the go to see a new show. STK Steakhouse serves Chicago patrons in unique and vibrant ways.
