Do you recall a time you last got a letter or postcard in the mail? Remember how that made you feel? I could be having the worst day, and get a letter in the mail; making my whole day brighter. In fortifying your mental health, letter/post card writing can take your mind to a better place of contentment, all while making someone's day.
Today's mental health moment focuses on using note writing as a tool of focus. When we take our attention off of ourselves for just a moment, and place it on encouraging others, we are encouraged.
Grab some cheap/nice stationary or postcards and provide support to friends and loved ones.
