Bi Health Summit 2009 Reception

Join us as we kick off the summit and bring Bi visibility to Boystown The Bi Health Summit is a grassroots conference drawing roughly 75 participants for an update on the field of bisexual health with an emphasis on strategizing about future directions. Starting off the Summit will be a kick-off evening reception on August 13th with a lively discussion of bi health and the questions that we hope will be answered throughout the weekend. The opening plenary session is the next day, featuring veteran scholar and advocate Cheryl Dobinson, will be devoted to the latest research on bisexual health disparities. Panels and workshops will cover bisexual cultural competency and access to care, mental health and stigma issues, organizing, advocacy, and training.
