Equality Illinois and other groups are joining together to hold a community Day of Action to energize and bring together people committed to equal rights for our relationships in Illinois. The gathering will: -Recap where we are legislatively on the Civil Union Bill and Marriage Fairness Bill -Explain the difference between the Civil Union Bill and Marriage Fairness Bill; and -Offer specific suggestions of what can be done to educate the public and move the legislation to victory.
