St. Patrick's Day Green Fondue at Geja's Cafe

GEJA’S CAFÉ CELEBRATES ST. PATRICKS DAY WITH GREEN CHEESE FONDUE CHICAGO—Celebrate Chicago’s favorite holiday at Chicago’s favorite restaurant. This St. Patrick’s Day, Tuesday, March 17, Geja’s Café, 340 W. Armitage, will offer diners green cheese fondue for $13.95 per person. Apples, grapes, and bread can be dipped in this lucky Irish concoction. The restaurant will also offer a Guinness special for $3.00 a can and Baileys drinks in addition to its extensive wine list. For over 40 years, Geja’s Café has been known for romantic fondue dining–food one prepares and shares—and fine wines. The restaurant features over 20 different types of fondue entrees as well as cheese fondue and chocolate dessert fondue. An enchanting wine cellar atmosphere, private booths, and subdued lighting contribute to its intimate surroundings. Live flamenco and classical guitarists provide romantic accompaniment. Geja’s Café hours are Monday through Thursday, 5 to 10:00 p.m.; Friday, 5 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; Saturday, 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.; and Sunday, 4:30 to 9:30 p.m.
