Eddie Owens, a small-town bodybuilder in rural Ohio, dreams of earning his pro card while living under the watchful eye of his deeply religious mother, Joanne (Emmy winner Tammy Blanchard), and Pastor Gregg (Matthew Morrison, GLEE). Secretly funding his training through late-night online sex work, Eddie finds both opportunity and temptation when elite coach Mike takes him under his wing. As their relationship turns intimate, Eddie must navigate desire, faith, ambition, and the mounting pressures threatening everything he has worked for. Director Sam McConnell, working from a script by former bodybuilding champion Brock Yurich (who also stars as Eddie), delivers a raw and powerful drama that will leave you breathless.
