Join the AIDS Foundation of Chicago and celebrity hosts Jean Sparrow and Don Lemon of NBC-5 and Dean Richard of WGN Radio for the 2004 AIDS Run and & Walk to be held at Randolph Street and the Lakefront. The AIDS Run & Walk Chicago will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 18, at a new location: Randolph Street at the Lakefront. AIDS Foundation of Chicago is the event's beneficiary. Registration materials and team packets for the Run & Walk are available at www.aidschicago.org or by calling 312.922.2322. Individual registration cost is $20 in advance; $25 on-site. In addition, registration materials can be picked up at Chicago area New Balance athletic footwear stores, Walgreens and Jewel-Osco stores. In addition to a 5K run and a 5K walk, the event includes course and main stage entertainment and a health expo sponsored by the Illinois Department of Public Health where 20 local HIV/AIDS service agencies will have booths. And, prizes will again be given to "Most Spirited" and "Largest" teams in both corporate and non-corporate categories.
