TBOX® 2018 "Toy Box"

Now in its 23nd year, TBOX®, Chicago’s legendary Twelve Bars of Xmas bar crawl, is one of the Windy City’s most anticipated annual holiday events with more than 200,000 past participants. TBOX is the world’s largest and longest-running holiday pub crawl. This year, the revelers will dress to reflect the theme “Toy Box” as they make their way to a selection of the dozens of Wrigleyville taverns and restaurants that will be decked out and ready to welcome merrymakers to their establishments for some holiday cheer. Tickets are available via www.tbox.org. Discounts of up to 35 percent on tickets are currently available. TBOX and Owner Christopher Festa have donated nearly $265,000 to local non-profits from TBOX proceeds during the last ten years and will be donating this year to a variety of local charities in coordination with the Lakeview East Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Festa, who started TBOX as a small event for friends in 1996, has seen his pub crawl become a national phenomenon and is credited as the pioneer in the commercial pub crawl industry. Revelers are beginning their day with Opening Ceremonies at Cubby Bear, 1059 W. Addison (Clark and Addison). Over 40 other venues in the Wrigley area will participate, including Murphy’s Bleachers, Deuce’s & Diamond Club, Old Crow Smokehouse, Moe’s Cantina, John Barleycorn, Sluggers, Irish Oak, Stretch, Brickhouse Tavern, Sports Corner, Country Club, and many more.
