A most clever use of Jameson’s beer barrel-aged whiskey, the cocktail that was born for the St. Patrick’s Day holiday. The Jameson Mocha Old Fashioned ($15), with Jameson's Caskmates Irish Whiskey, housemade coffee syrup and Bittermens mole bitters, provides a slight caffeine hit and a definite buzz, the perfect combination to kickstart your St. Paddy’s Day festivities. Also new to the Perry’s cocktail menu is the PassionNut for Port ($15), which mixes Fonseca Bin27 Port with DonQ Coconut Rum, Passion Fruit puree and fresh pressed lemon juice, giving Chicagoans a fresh and robust tropical escape-- without leaving Oak Brook. The PassionNut for Port pairs beautifully with Perry’s Beef & Bleu ($13.95) for a mouthwatering balance of sweet and savory. Another new cocktail, the Rosé Collins ($15), delivers a light and invigorating experience. This wine-based cocktail mixes Botanist Gin with Rosé wine and fresh lemon juice.
