Join us in honoring transgender service members and veterans, their families, and allies. Two VA installations in the Chicagoland area are providing information and resources to support trans service members and veterans. In collaboration with the American Veterans for Equal Rights, we will be showing a short film about LGBT veterans, followed by trans veteran speakers. Vanessa Sheridan, Center on Halsted's Director of Transgender Relations and Community Engagement, is the host and emcee for the event.
