LGBTQ Care Fair

Affinity Community Services is teaming with the Care Plan to offer an LGBTQ Care Fair! Join us as well as other local care agencies to learn about aging options as an LGBTQ individual. There will be tables from different agencies and workshops discussing care plans, advanced directives, and aging as an LGBTQ person. This fair is open to all ages and it's free!
