Homestead On The Roof and West Town Bakery & Diner are supporting Camp Out For Kids, a nonprofit that exists to give children in undeserved communities the experience of summer camp. A portion of proceeds from each sale of Executive Pastry Chef Chris Teixeira’s creative take on the classic s’more at both farm-to-table restaurant Homestead On The Roof and local eatery West Town Bakery & Diner will support Camp Out For Kids. Made of vanilla dough, marshmallow cream and a 64% dark chocolate dipping sauce, Homestead’s S’mores Beignets bring restaurant patrons back to their summer camp days. West Town Bakery & Diner’s S’mores Doughssant is prepared with croissant dough proofed and fried like a doughnut and filled with chocolate and vanilla cream, then drizzled with 64% dark chocolate, giving customers a sentimental feel.
