Enjoy Music, Theatre, Comedy & more.. as a seat filler in Chicago You may have seen them at award shows, but OTL is THE seat filler membership club for the Chicago area supporting the Arts & Entertainment community. OTL members are typically invited to at least a few shows a month and never pay for a ticket. Memberships are under $10 a month for two seats per show and members can select as many shows as they’d like to attend based on availability. It’s fun to see what gets posted each monthly and is priced soooo low because OTL never knows what’s about to pop up.
