Trish and Deb Murdoch are in a rut after 14 years. Deb is the stay at home mom raising their two young daughters while Trish, a dentist with a private practice, is the breadwinner supporting the family. Additionally, Trish’s dad has passed away almost five years prior and Trish’s mom, Ginger, still has failed to buy a headstone for his grave. Trish’s dads passing and her reclusive mother’s seeming insensitivity to the man she was married to for 52 years, is eating away at Trish. Deb has watched through the past five years as her wife has become increasingly removed from the relationship and the daily happenings of their daughters’ lives and now she has found herself, quite by accident, attracted to a woman named Jamie she meets at her daughter’s preschool. An affair begins and soon Deb and Trish come to a place where they must decide if it is better to keep their marriage together or, after 14 years, say goodbye. Suzanne Guacci wrote, produced and directed this moving, insightful – and at times unexpectedly sexy – romantic drama. Yvonne Jung (THIRD WATCH, CRIMINAL MINDS), Karen Sillas (FEMALE PERVERSIONS), Traci Dinwiddie (THE NOTEBOOK), and Phyllis Somerville (THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON, LITTLE CHILDREN, ONE LIFE TO LIVE) co-star.
