The 10 Year Plan

JC Calciano (US, 2014, 90 min) Myles, a successful lawyer and hopeless romantic, wants nothing more than to find the man of his dreams, but he comes on just a little strong and scares all his dates away. After yet another bad first date, Myles meets his best friend Brody, a handsome LA police officer, for drinks. Afraid of ending up old and alone, they make a pact: to be a couple in ten years if neither one has found love.Ten years later, nothing has changed. Myles is still being dumped on a weekly basis and Brody is jumping from bed to bed, wearing out his Grindr app. Two months before Myles’ 35th birthday, they both realize that their arrangement is almost due, so Brody desperately tries to set Myles up with anyone he can find, but that proves more complicated than either friend had imagined.
