Cultural, educational and business leaders in south loop showcase cultural assets of Chicago’s newest creative community. The Wabash Arts Corridor (WAC) Crawl will be the kick-off event for Expo Chicago 2013, the International Exposition of Contemporary and Modern Art at Navy Pier. The event features gallery openings, concerts, dance and street performances, multimedia demonstrations, chalk art, sidewalk sales, a pub and food crawl, tours of new buildings, the unveiling of the new Papermaker’s Garden, and a Joffrey Ballet rehearsal performance in the storied Auditorium Theatre.
